By using NYPTID Studio at studio.nyptidindustries.com, you agree to these terms.

Service

Studio provides AI-assisted tools to create short-form and long-form video content, including script generation, rendering, thumbnails, and optional YouTube publishing when you connect your channel.

Accounts & billing

• You must provide accurate account information.
• Paid plans and credit packs are billed via Stripe or PayPal; fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy.
• Credits are consumed when you run generation jobs; unused credits do not roll over unless stated on your plan.

YouTube

When you connect YouTube, you authorize Studio to access your channel per the scopes shown on Google's consent screen. You remain responsible for content you publish. Studio also subject to YouTube Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Studio for illegal content, harassment, spam, or to violate third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or APIs.

AI-generated content

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication. We do not guarantee virality, accuracy, or platform compliance of generated content.
